Frequently Asked Questions
The best time to visit Tanzania is during the dry season from June to October, which coincides with the Great Migration. However, Tanzania is a year-round destination with unique wildlife sightings in every season.
Most visitors require an e-visa to enter Tanzania. You should apply at least two weeks before your trip. Please check with the Tanzanian embassy or official government portal for the most up-to-date requirements.
While not strictly mandatory for entry, we highly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all our guests. This should cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and theft.
Pack light, breathable clothing in neutral colors (khaki, beige, olive). Don't forget a warm jacket for early morning game drives, a sun hat, high-SPF sunscreen, and a good pair of binoculars.

Day 1 | Arrival in Nairobi
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and privately transferred to your selected Nairobi hotel. Take time to relax after your journey and prepare for the safari adventure ahead. Depending on your arrival time, an optional Nairobi experience can be arranged.

Day 2 | Nairobi → Amboseli National Park
Your luxury Kenya safari begins with a morning departure from Nairobi. Travel south through the scenic Kenyan countryside towards Amboseli National Park, one of Kenya's most celebrated safari destinations. Upon arrival, settle into your luxury lodge and enjoy lunch before heading out for your first game drive. Amboseli is renowned for its enormous elephant herds, open savannahs and spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest mountain. As the afternoon light falls across the plains, enjoy your first unforgettable wildlife experience before returning to the lodge for dinner.

Day 3 | Full-Day Amboseli National Park
Rise early for a memorable morning game drive through Amboseli National Park. The early hours offer excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing and photography, with elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras and wildebeest often active across the park. On clear mornings, the magnificent snow-capped summit of Mount Kilimanjaro provides an extraordinary backdrop to the safari. Continue exploring Amboseli's diverse landscapes before returning to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy another game drive or relax at the lodge before dinner.

Day 4 | Amboseli → Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, depart Amboseli and continue towards Lake Nakuru National Park. The journey takes you through Kenya's changing landscapes towards the spectacular Great Rift Valley. Enjoy scenic views along the route and stop at a viewpoint when conditions allow. Arrive at Lake Nakuru and check in to your luxury lodge. Depending on your arrival time, enjoy an afternoon game drive through the park, known for its impressive population of white rhinos, as well as buffaloes, giraffes, zebras and other wildlife.

Day 5 | Lake Nakuru → Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park before continuing towards the beautiful shores of Lake Naivasha. Located within the Great Rift Valley, Lake Naivasha offers a peaceful contrast to the excitement of the safari parks. Arrive at Enashipai Resort & Spa for check-in and lunch. Spend the afternoon relaxing at the resort or enjoying the tranquil surroundings of Lake Naivasha. Optional activities can be arranged depending on your interests and available time.

Day 6 | Lake Naivasha → Maasai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, depart Lake Naivasha and journey towards the legendary Maasai Mara National Reserve. Travel through the dramatic landscapes of the Great Rift Valley and rural Kenyan countryside before reaching the Mara. Arrive at Mara Serena Safari Lodge, located inside the Maasai Mara, and enjoy lunch before heading out for an afternoon game drive. The Maasai Mara is famous for its exceptional wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras and large herds of wildebeest. Day 7 | Full-Day Maasai Mara National Reserve
Today is dedicated entirely to exploring the extraordinary Maasai Mara National Reserve. After an early breakfast, set out with your private safari guide for a full-day game drive across the Mara's rolling grasslands. Search for the Big Five and other iconic African wildlife while your guide follows current wildlife activity and selects the best areas for sightings. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness or return to the lodge for lunch, depending on your preferred safari style. Day 8 | Maasai Mara → Nairobi & Departure
Wake early for your final sunrise game drive in the Maasai Mara. This is your last opportunity to experience the reserve's wildlife and landscapes before returning to the lodge for breakfast and check-out. After breakfast, begin your journey back to Nairobi. Depending on your flight schedule, you will be transferred directly to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or to your Nairobi hotel if you are extending your stay.
